We design new and maintain existing networking. We are factory authorized for warranty repairs on a number of popular brands. Our experienced technicians/engineers have the knowledge to service most obsolete or discontinued models as well. There will be no need to scramble for help when your equipment fails. Comp-Tech has been Certified by CompTIA from United State of America., and it is the 1st and only company in Singapore to attain the top credential of CompTIA Authorised Service Centre in 14 June 1995.

MULTI-VENDOR SUPPORT
Comp-Tech offers full service and support for thousands of computer products, including systems from IBM, Lenovo, Sony, Fujitsu, HP-Compaq, Dell, LG, Samsung, MSI, Gigabyte, Gateway, Apple, 'No-Name' clones, and much more. Customers will have the convenience and cost-efficiency by dealing with one company for support, i.e. Comp-Tech. That is why major brand IT Brands, international retailers and insurance company have appointed Comp-Tech to support their IT equipments and repairs & services since year 1999.

We are the authorized vendor for 2 of the Public-Listed IT companies, 1 in Singapore and 1 from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Comp-Tech is also the authorized vendor/contractor for Major Brand Manufacturers, i.e. Dell, HP, IBM and Fuji Xerox, and etc. Regardless of a computer upgrade or when a computer repair is needed, or if your network is down, we have experienced, certified and trained staff to rectify all of them.  Our certified specialists and research team could repair & service most of the product origins including those without a brand name.

SERVICE CONTRACT
Any company with over 4 pieces of IT and/or Security & Surveillance equipment is eligible for our annual service and/or maintenance contracts. Our contract customers enjoy some of the fastest response and turn-around times in the industry.

Comp-Tech offers unparalleled value-added services with professional service level agreement (SLA) to ensure your needs are attended and resolved within a stipulated time, and complies to industry service standards.

RUSH SERVICE
We normally service all equipment on a first-come first-served basis, but we understand that from time to time, certain situations require urgent & special attention. During these situations, our staff can react in the shortest possible time and get your IT and/or Security & Surveillance equipment up and running again.

Simply request for urgent services from our customer service engineers and we would attend to your needs promptly. Comp-Tech would advise you on the available avenues to rectify your equipment in timely manner. You are also assured that we would obtain your consent for any additional costs and associated needed to rectify your equipment.

ON-SITE SERVICE
Comp-Tech technicians & engineers could also attend to your IT and/or Security & Surveillance equipment at your premises. We understand that some equipment is bulky, while some issue such as network, connectivity, mounted equipment need on-site services to attend and resolve the problems. Our field-service rate though is higher than our workshop rate, it is necessary as we deliver dedicated support and provide customers with the best possible service attention and convenience.

PRINTER REPAIR AND SERVICES
Comp-Tech is an Authorized Contractor and Service Provider for HP, Fuji Xerox, Lexmark, Epson, Canon, Brother, and all other manufacturer brands of printers. Unlike most repairers who replace module to resolve the printer problem which are costly, we do repair down to component level and parts replacement. By doing so, we’ve help companies to save costs and prolong the life span of printers

MONITOR SERVICE AND REPLACEMENT
Comp-Tech is an Authorized Contractor and Service Provider to repair and service all brand names of CRT & LCD monitors, including Notebook LCD screen. We are able to successfully repair down to component level and also backlit & power supply issues. So, the next time if you have a faulty LCD monitor do not dispose or scrap it. We could save your cost of replacement and also save the earth.
